Valentine's Day Announcement

Happy (almost) February Everyone!

Our Valentine’s Day party will be held Wednesday, February 14 from 1:00 - 2:00. Dismissal will be at 2:00 as usual on Wednesdays.

Making Valentine boxes is voluntary and I will provide paper bags to contain the Valentines for students who choose not to make a box.

Students may also bring Valentines for their classmates. If they choose to bring any Valentines, I ask that they bring them for everyone in the class.
If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me.

A reminder that we will be having the fish art this Thursday. Please send your child to school with a light-colored cotton shirt.

About Me.

This will be my 6th year as a teacher, and my second year in the Billings School District.

I grew up in Clancy, MT with my parents and my younger brother. I went to The University of Montana and received my B.A. in Elementary Education. After graduating, I spent a year in Seoul, South Korea teaching English. Next, I moved to Chester, MT and spent two years teaching 5th and 6th grade Math and Science and one year teaching 4th grade. I just finished my Masters in Middle School Math.

When I'm not teaching, I love to spend time outdoors. I love hiking, running, playing tennis, or camping. One of my favorite places to camp at is Yellowstone National Park. I try to travel there a few times a year.
